Crescent Rolls

Crescent Rolls
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 3 Tbs white sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ tsp yeast
• melted butter

Place all ingredients in your bread machine. Run dough cycle. When finished, immediately remove and split dough in half. Take each half and roll into a circle. Cut triangles as big as you would like, usually 8. Roll like a crescent, starting at the wide end. Tuck small end under and place on a baking stone. Brush with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown.

These are great for dinner rolls, but made in a bigger size they make an excellent roll for chicken salad! You can always tuck something in the middle of it for an even better treat!
