Just in time for Thanksgiving! This is one of my favorite side dishes. It's a recipe given to me by my mom. I can't wait to see you in a few days, Mom!
1 17oz can corn
1 17oz can creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour, or until golden brown.
