I love making these for soups and salads!
1 cup water
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Egg wash - 1 egg yolk and 1 Tbs water
Mix in bread bread machine. Remove from bread machine and make 4 circles out of dough. Form around 4 custard bowls sprayed with oil. Cover with egg wash. Bake at 375 for 18-22 min, or until golden brown.
