- 1 lb. Bnls. Chicken breast cut up into bite size pieces
- 2 carrots sliced very thin
- green red or yellow bell pepper (or a mixture!)
- onion, cut
- pineapple chunks
- 1 bottle Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce
- 2 Tbls. oil
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Mix chicken with 1 Tbsp cornstarch and 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce. Brown slowly in 2 Tbsp oil in skillet. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover and simmer 20 min, stirring twice. Stir in carrots, onions and peppers. Use as many of those and you like. Add 1 cup sweet and sour sauce. Cover and simmer 10 min, stirring frequently. Stir in 1 cup (or more!) of pineapple chunks.
