Blueberry Sauce

Use this on waffles, pancakes or anything!

1 bag frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp corn starch mixed with a little water
2 tsp orange zest

Cook blueberries, sugar and water over medium heat for 10 minutes. I smash some of my blueberries at this point. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Cook another few minutes until sauce starts to thicken a little. Remove from heat and add orange zest. Serve while warm!
