This is one of favorite meals! Put as many goodies on it as you would like! The more, the better!
Chicken breasts or tenderloins
Lettuces - a mixture
Shredded Cheese - your choice!
Bacon pieces
Cucumbers, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Carrots, shredded
Cauliflower, chopped small
Drizzle a little olive oil on your chicken. Salt and pepper it generously. For the salad, this is all I like on my grilled chicken. I don't want it to overpower all the yummy vegetables. Grill until done. Cut into angled slices - use your kitchen shears! Assemble your salads individually and add chicken while it's still hot.
Serve with your favorite dressing and some crunchy bread!
