Tropical Island Chicken

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • approx 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • skewers and a hot grill!
Combine all ingredients but the chicken.
Cut chicken into larger bite-size pieces. Fill about a breast per skewer. Place in a 9x13 pan. Pour marinade mixture over chicken. Refrigerate for about 3 hours. Grill to perfection. Super yummy!
