Try to use at least some WHOLE WHEAT flour in as many bread recipes as you can!
Can I freeze dough?
Yes! That's one of the best things about making your own bread! It's easier than you think! As long as you remove your dough immediately after the dough cycle is finished, it will not have time to continue on to the next rise. Prepare your dough quickly (rolls, roll up, loaf, etc) and stick it in the freezer! When you are ready to bake them, take the dough out for at least an hour to thaw and begin the last phase of rising.
