Hashbrown Potato Casserole

This recipe is from my sweet friend Carrie. It makes a nice big casserole dish, so it feeds plenty!

1 bag frozen Hashbrowns, O'Brien
1 container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup velveeta cheese (or cheddar or American or a mix)
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Topping
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
1/2 stick of butter, melted

Combine ingredients except the topping and put in a 9x13 dish. Top with corn flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
