Bluberry Muffins


Nothing beats homemade blueberry muffins on a Saturday morning!

1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Grease your muffin pan, or insert paper liners. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk. Then add flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in blueberries.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 way full. Bake at 350 for about 25 min.
