Sweet Honey French Bread


We went to the honey farm today, so I thought this would be a fun way to use honey! It makes one loaf.


3/4 cup water
2 tsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
2/3 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 Tbsp honey for drizzle while baking

Throw all your ingredients in your bread machine (except the extra honey). Run dough cycle. Shape into a baguette. Drizzle over Tbsp of honey. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 for about 20 min.
